PLUS: Two Free B/SPOKE Strength Fitness Classes
…9:30 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. right outside our front doors. These classes will be body weight only, accessible for ALL fitness levels + 25 minutes long. Please arrive a few minutes before class, wear athletic clothing / shoewear, and bring a water bottle! We will provide mats and no additional equipment is needed. Expect a full body workout to bumpin’ music that will leave you feeling energized + ready to take on the rest of the summer day! Just show up, and we will take care of the rest. Questions?
